Missing or damaged goods

To proceed with any complaints for missing or damaged goods, the customer must send Essenze di Elda - bucatoprofumato.com (via e-mail):

  • the images of the products as received inside the box
  • some pictures of the box from different angles
  • the image of the courier's label placed on the box.

The customer must check the integrity of the goods in the package received, no later than 8 consecutive days of receipt. After the 8-day deadline, Essenze di Elda - bucatoprofumato.com will no longer be liable for any defects in the goods. In the event of visible damage to the package, a reservation must be made to the courier, otherwise the dispute will not be accepted.
