Below we list some of the most common needs.

Shipping and delivery

Shipments are entrusted to the courier, barring unforeseen circumstances, every day by 13:00, so all orders arriving after this time will be taken over the following day. For our shipments we use national express couriers who normally deliver within 24/48 hours of taking charge of the shipment (as indicated in the previous point), except for delays caused by unforeseen events or particular periods of the year. In case the expense is more than 45 euros, shipping is free. In case the expense is less than 45 euros, the shipping cost is € 9,90.

Right of withdrawal

As required by Legislative Decree n. 206 of 06/09/2005, the Perfumed Laundry Customer (natural person who, in the stipulation of the contract, acted for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out) has the right to withdraw from the contract. The right of withdrawal, with which the Customer can return the purchased product and obtain the relative reimbursement, is recognized only in favor of natural persons who, in the stipulation of the contract, have acted for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial or professional activity possibly carried out. The right of withdrawal must be exercised within a period of 14 days (natural and consecutive) from the moment of receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to audiovisual products and sealed computer software opened by the consumer, nor to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. The only costs requested from the Customer in the event of withdrawal are those for returning the product.

The withdrawal cannot be validly exercised and does not give the right to a full refund of the price, if the product is not returned substantially intact, such as in the case of:

  • Absence of the original packaging (to be able to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is advisable to keep the original packaging of the product at least until the expiry of the term). In the specific case of the packages of perfumed essences, the bottle cap must have the safety seal intact;
  • Absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc.);
  • Damage to the product for reasons other than transport;
  • Irregular state of conservation of the product.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised only in the case of products purchased in their entirety, and it is not possible to exercise any type of withdrawal only on parts of the purchased product (eg accessories, attached software, etc.).

How to return:

Within 14 days (natural and consecutive) from receipt of the goods, the Customer must send a communication containing the express declaration of wanting to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Upon receipt by Bucato Profumato of the communication containing the declaration of withdrawal, the Customer Service will inform the Customer, via email, of the address to which the goods to be returned will be shipped.
The Customer must prepare the product, carefully packing it in its original packaging (including the internal protections) avoiding damaging it with adhesive labels or other, complete with all the accessories supplied and what was originally contained.
The shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer. We recommend that you insure your shipment against theft, loss or damage in transit.
If the product is not insured, at the expense of the Customer, in the event of damage or loss during transport, our company reserves the right to charge for any damage suffered.
The shipment by the Customer must be made by Courier within fourteen days following the Customer's declaration of withdrawal. Once the product returned by the Customer has been checked, Bucato Profumato will replace or repair and ship the product itself, except for the provisions of art. 130 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.
Perfumed Laundry will make sure to apply all the aforementioned procedure as soon as possible, trying to cause the Customer as little discomfort as possible.
The shipping cost for the return is charged to the customer.

Orders

The order process allows customers to understand all the necessary information before confirming the order. Its acceptance takes place by completing the payment. However, in particular cases, such as in the case of non-existent or incorrect addresses, some orders may be refused, with immediate reimbursement to the customer at the sole discretion of the seller.

Payments, prices and promotions

Each product is accompanied by its price, including Italian taxes (VAT). All prices are subject to variations, even daily, due to price list alignments and by virtue of any promotions. At the time of order confirmation, the customer can see the relevant summary with all final prices, shipping costs and taxes applied. Once the order is confirmed, the customer must pay the amount defined regardless of any price changes made in the catalog after the order has been processed.

Availability and stocks

Each item is accompanied by its availability. However, it is possible that in rare cases of simultaneous order between physical and online store, the stock necessary to cover the order needs may fail. In this case, the customer will be contacted by one of our staff to decide how to proceed, whether to wait for restocking or to receive a refund immediately.
